Cancellation Policy

InjectorB Aesthetics has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Failure to notify us of your desire to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to its scheduled start time will result in a fee of $100 per scheduled service. This fee will be charged to the credit card you have on file with us, unless an alternate payment method is provided at time of cancellation / reschedule. In the event you have no card on file or the transaction is unable to be processed for any reason, you will be sent an invoice via email. Full payment is due upon receipt. Any balance left outstanding for more than 7 days will be sent to a collection agency. You may be responsible for any additional fees associated with the collections process.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you will be considered a no-show and will be charged the cancellation fee. You will need to schedule another appointment for a later date.

InjectorB Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any individual with 1 or more cancellations or no-shows.
